DESCRIPTION

Ranger Power is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join its team. As part of a small and dynamic development team, the Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s real estate portfolio, including execution of real estate agreement and processing/compliance of real estate agreements through the company’s internal processing and data management systems. The scope of this role will provide the Real Estate Manager the opportunity to regularly engage with all departments across the company and senior level management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the company’s real estate agreement processing system under the direction of the COO and VP of Operations.

  • Manage internal processes and software systems to track the processing of real estate agreements to ensure compliance

  • Assist in due diligence, site prospecting, and site analysis in support of real estate efforts.

  • Assist in drafting real estate documentation.

  • Support coordination with title companies and review of title matters to be resolved. Support development team in resolving real estate and title issues in connection with project financing.

  • Work independently and support Ranger Power team on a range of development matters.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Team player that will take initiative and is comfortable solving new and complex issues.

  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Highly proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Mapping and GIS experience preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to review and understand real estate contracts and associated legal agreements.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

  • Experience in solar or renewable industry and/or real estate development a plus, but not required
